How do I scan a plant? Open the app, tap Scan a plant and point the camera at the plant. You get an identification, a health diagnosis and care tips. Fill the frame with leaves or flowers, in good light, and keep other things — people, documents — out of the picture. The first time, the app asks your permission to send the photo to the artificial intelligence that analyses it.
How many free scans do I get? A set number every week; the app shows how many are left. Premium removes the limit.
What does Premium include, and how much is it? Unlimited scans and the full set of care features. The current price, in your currency, is on the upgrade screen (Profile › Upgrade to Premium).
I have a code. Where do I enter it? Codes are redeemed in the store, not inside the app. Open Profile › Upgrade to Premium and tap Have a promo code? On iPhone that opens Apple’s code sheet; on Android it opens Google Play’s redeem page. You can also redeem on Google Play directly: Play Store › your profile › Payments & subscriptions › Redeem code.
How do I cancel?
Cancelling stops future renewals; Premium stays until the end of the period you paid for.
I paid but Premium isn’t active. On the upgrade screen tap Manage Subscription and restore your purchases, using the same Apple ID or Google account you paid with. Still stuck? Email us with your ID.
Where is “Your ID”, and what is it for? Profile › Your ID. It is a random code for your installation. Send it to us if we have offered you free access, or with any request about your data. Reinstalling the app creates a new one.
Is the identification always right? No — it is generated by AI and can be wrong, especially with poor light or look-alike species. Never use it to decide whether a plant is safe to eat or to keep near children or pets.
What happens to my photos? Scanned photos are analysed and not kept by us. Photos you save to your garden stay on your phone. Details: Privacy policy · Terms of use.
